After a long wait, Starfield is finally here. With its latest open-world game, American game developer Bethesda — well-known for games like Skyrim and Fallout 4 — has taken to a futuristic space that has human colonies established on different planets.
In many ways, Starfield is the very definition of an open-world and space exploration game where you can experience a multitude of stories without any rush. A lot of effort has gone into the worldbuilding, and it shows. There are plenty of character customizations you can do to suit your playstyle. And you can play Starfield your own way.
Is Your PC Ready For Starfield?
Starfield — Bethesda’s biggest game to date — is meant for both sci-fi RPG and open-world game enthusiasts. The game world (sorry, game galaxy) is pretty vast, with secrets just waiting to be explored, and the action is fluid and realistic.
The main game quest takes you hopping from one planet to another, but you have the choice to slow down and savor in the meticulously detailed game world. Very few objects you find along your journey in Starfield are not useful to you in some way, and these just keep adding to your knowledge of the game universe. Who knows? They might come in useful at some point in the story? The Digipicks came to our rescue when we least expected them to be. They helped unlock a safe.
Could I ramble on a bit less and come straight to the point? Yes, the point being that your journey in Starfield could be pretty immersive if only you would slow down and bit and try to inspect everything around you. In addition to that, you should be able to respond fast to dangers in the game. Hence, to properly experience the adventures in space, Starfield should be able to run smoothly on your system without any hiccups. This is why we are here to help with the PC hardware and software requirements for Bethesda’s open-world space RPG.
